Known for their affordable HomeKit-enabled sensors, Onvis has announced pre-orders for their much-aniticipated C3 Smart Camera.
Initially reported by HomeKit News, Onvis has begun accepting pre-orders for their first foray into the world of IP cameras with their C3 Smart Camera via their website.
This competitively-priced security camera lists for $89.99 in the U.S., but is marked down to $72.
It would seem that the number of countries available for pre-order shipping is fairly limited and though the United States is included in the list, when trying to checkout with a U.S. address, an error message is received. UPDATE: The issue concerning the inability to ship to U.S. addresses has apparently been fixed.
Pre-order hiccups aside, this is definitely a good indication that this camera will soon be hitting the market. In case you missed it, here are some of the cameras specs:
- Storage: iCloud ( HomeKit Secure Video), Micro card (up to 128G)
- Resolution: 1080p@30pfs and 720p@30fps (multiple live streamings)
- CMOS Sensor: Sony IMX Starlight sensor, 2M pixels
- Wi-Fi: 5GHz and 2.4GHz, 802.11 b/g/n/ac
- Lens FOV: 134°
- Night version: Auto IR Cut
- 2-way audio
- Adapter: Input 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz, 0.2A; Output 5.0VDC, 1.2A, Type C
